FAQ
Do I need to install anything?
No. Agency and client use the browser. There is no app to download.
Does my client need an account?
Not on the shared link. The client opens the calendar in the browser. You can also invite named reviewers with viewer, reviewer, or approver roles.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Review opens in the phone browser. The typical path is receiving a link and reviewing there.
Who can approve?
Anyone with the approver role. Viewers can only look. Reviewers can see, comment, and pin. A legacy shared link without a named invite is treated as approver.
Can I review previous versions?
Yes. Earlier versions remain viewable, with that version’s pins. Approval applies only to the current package - the current creative and caption.
What happens if I change approved content?
The previous approval stays in the history. If the creative or caption changes, that approval no longer stands and the content needs review again.
Do I need to add a card?
Not to start. The 15-day trial does not ask for a card. A card is only needed when you choose a plan to continue.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You cancel in the billing portal after you subscribe. During the free trial, there is no charge.
Which content formats can I review?
Images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG), MP4 and MOV video, and carousels with multiple slides. Creative pins apply to images; caption and video use comments.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade and downgrade in the billing portal. The new plan limits apply when you change.
