How it works
How content approval works in Approove
The team produces out of the client's sight. When a post is ready, the client opens a link, comments, pins points on the creative, and approves. The decision is recorded against the current creative and caption.
Workflow
The team organizes the work, tracks who owns the next step, and only releases to the client what is actually ready for review.

Know whose turn it is.
Production stages, assignments, and handoff stay inside the agency. The client does not need to see that operation.
The client only sees what’s ready.
Posts that are not yet “Ready for client” do not appear on the shared calendar. That boundary is enforced on the server, not only in the UI.
Client experience
The usual path stays the same: WhatsApp → link → review in the browser. Nothing to install. No account required on the shared link.

Approval integrity
Approove records who approved, when they approved, and which content was current at that moment - creative and caption.
